Different version of database in 11gR2 RAC

Hi,

We are planning a data center move.    we have existing 11.2.0.2 database running on 11.2.0.3 RAC.    As part of datacenter move ,   we are installing  11.2.0.4 RAC  .   We are not upgrading the database for now.   The plan is as follows

Grid version :  11.2.0.4 + latest psu patches if any

ORacle dababase version :   11.2.0.2    -    1st database

Oracle db ver                        11.2.0.3     -  2nd database

oracle db ver                         11.2.0.4     - 3rd database

We will have 3 version of database running on 11.2.0.4 grid.   Is there any issues or any precautions that we need to take care.   OS is 6.5  RHEL
