Stuck on unexpected response from emcli get_ca_info -details

Hi

This is EM 12.1.0.4 configured for high availability.  There are three OMS's in the setup, and the SLB is an F5 BigIP.  Everything is on Linux

x86-64, Oracle O/S 6.  The virtual name of the environment is omsmpk, and all three agents are uploading to omsmpk.  I've deployed 75 other agents, which are also uploading their target data to omsmpk successfully.

The first OMS is oraracr02-01.  I used the EM deployment process to add the other two OMSs.  OMS2 = oraracr02-03, OMS3 = oraracr02-02.

While I was researching how to fix the browser certificate errors I see when I connect to the EM console, I ran the command "emcli get_ca_info -details", which returns this in part:
