Purchase Order Dispatching a second time

Hello,

We've encountered Purchase Orders that dispatch a second time via EDX. There doesn't seem to be a reason for the PO to dispatch again. There's been no change order, there's no indication that the PO header status changed from dispatched to Approved, Open, etc, but I can see that it dispatched

I've reviewed both the change order template and the change request mapping and do not see anything crazy there.

The PO_STATUS field is being tracked for changes on the change order template, so if the status changed, wouldn't I see that it changed?
