Trying to create another release (in 12.1.3) from an approved BPA (created in 11.5.10)

But Oracle throws a message "FRM-40212: Invalid value for field PO_NUM". The BPA is in fact approved and open, the agreed amount has not been exceeded and the supplier, address and site is still active. The BPA and 16 releases created so far were made in version 11.5.10 and this is the first release being created using 12.1.3.

Any ideas?
