TNS-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor

Linux 6.4 , Oracle 11.2.0.3.12 RAC One Node , there are lots of TNS-12514 reported , I also have another 11G RAC with same configuration , but it does't has this problem.

What's more application reports "Connection reset" , i'm not sure if TNS-12514 is root cause ?
