Continuous Move using PCMiler

Hi,

I am working on OTM 6.2.9.

We are using PCMiler to get time and distance values in OTM. Since we are using PCMiler we do not have LAT/LON values on our locations.

I am able to create CM Tour automatically in a bulk plan, and also using the action 'Link Shipments'. The action 'Find Shipments' does not work and gives an error in the logs 'gPoint: null. . . . '.

For the purpose of testing I added some LAT/LON values on the locations and the action 'Find Shipments' worked perfectly.

It seems that the action 'Find Shipments' does not invoke PCMiler and thus OTM does not get time and distance between the drop off of first shipment and the pick up stop of the second shipment since the LAT/LON are not available on locations. Is there anyway that the action 'Find Shipments' is able to invoke PCMiler? or any other solution to resolve this (except for populating LAT/LON on locations).
