Account Analysis Report is showing inconsistance balances for begining and ending... why ?

Hi  Analysists/Experts

I am experiencing an issue in General Ledger(R12) report i.e. Account Analysis Report.

When I run the report for a period and an account, report is whoing incorrect begining balances when there are no activities in the selected account.

I have provded parameter value "Yes" for Include Accounts with No Activitiy, even report is showing inconsistancy values.

Kindly check it and provide your valuable suggestions.
