Siebel CRM Desktop: facing the error after 3.9 upgrade.

We are updating Siebel CRM Desktop from v3.7 to v3.9. We followed the approach as mentioned in upgrade document.

Step1: 3.7 to 3.8 upgrade (completed and working fine).

Step2: 3.8 to 3.9 upgrade.

We are getting the error in custom 3.9 package. During obtain package we getting the below mentioned error. Its giving the error for custom attribute 'has_null_item' as mentioned in log, this attaribute was working in custom 3.7 and custom 3.8 packages. After change/remove 'has_null_item' attribute its giving the error for some other attribute.

Kindly help us to resolve this error on priority; we are on the last phase of the upgrade.
