Print Pick Slip Is Not Running In Subsystem Processing

I'm creating transfer sales orders and normal sales order and I have set up the subsystem processing options to run the Print Pick Slip report R42520 but it doesn't run and when I checked the queue application I found that the running job is staying there and didn't not start.

Does anyone know why this happens and how can I fix it.
