Cloud Control - HP Servicemanager v9 Connector

We have an Oracle CC 12.3 on Windows 2012 12.1.0.3.0

Added a HP Service Manage v9 conncector 12.1.0.1.0

The HP Servicemanager web service has not been customized - it is 100% out of the box

When trying to test the connection we get a java exception - that the metod getTicket is not found.

We have no access to or experience with HP SM - we just need to deliver tickets from cc to hp-sm.

Does anyone know if its is the correct webservice we are hitiing:

http://svrdc024v016.regsj.intern:13080/sc62server/PWS/IncidentManagement.wsdl
