TDM SS7 link - TDM transport conversion to IP in the middle of a link.

All,

I am looking for information on what is needed to convert a TDM T1 that is carrying SS7 links to an IP sudo-wire transport through ethernet transport and then converted back to a TDM T1 to deliver the TDM SS7 link at the far end. There is no SIGTRAN convesion device in this scinario. Only the T1 transport is being converted to IP and back abain. We are seeing the links bouncing and are looking for solutions that will allow us to use this configuration going forward as there is no full TDM path to the locations that are being
