Upgrade 11.2.0.3.4 to 12.1.0.1.0 SE

when it is running the step 'Post Upgrade' it complains of disconnect. I have found that it is happening when it is running the utlrp.sql

I told it to ignore the error and then it moves onto the next step and completes.

I logged into the database once the upgrade completed and tried to run the utlrp.sql manually and it still errors.
