Requisition Approval hierachy

hello

I have issue in one  Requisition approval hierarchy. Where the Staff will create the requisition and will forward to his Manager and Manager will verify it and forward it for approval to approver.

In HRMS > Person and assignment form >  Supervisor , Job position is assigned.

For staff  JOB assignment DONE but document type is end dated. He can create and forward the requisition.

For manager if  I assign the same JOB  which is assigned to staff then requisition does to go to Manager directly it goes to approver. 

I have created another Job where document approval is assigned and different approval group is assigned with some limit of amount.
