UPGRADE_TABLE (N - Not Executed) count shows 9 after patch 13543062 on VISION instance.
I have installed Oracle VISION instance 12.2.
And planning to upgrade this to 12.2.4.
I have followed the doc : 1617458.1.
Since I have to apply the patches trying to enable adop using doc: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E26401_01/doc.122/e48839/T579510T580325.htm
And applied the patch 13543062 and ran the ADZDSHOWDDLS.sql.
Following is the ouput for ADZDSHOWDDLS.sql after patch 13543062, to enable adop.
