Requision Import marking records IN PROCESS and not importing

Hi All,

Requisition Import is not importing requisition for any interface source and the records are stuck in requisitions interface table in IN PROCESS status.

For the first time when a new records comes in the interface the requisition import aborts with the error message as "POCIRM-222: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("PO"."PO_REQUISITION_HEADERS_ALL" ) and marks the records in interdace as IN PROCESS.the requisition header id,line id and distribution ids get populated. Please advise.
