Hi,

One of the nodes in the RAC has some problem and we had to take it down.  I was able to bring up the database on the other node, but later I got these error messages in the alert log:

ORA-04031: unable to allocate 56 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","unknown object","KKSSP^2","kglseshtSegs")

ORA-15055: unable to connect to ASM instance

ORA-04031: unable to allocate 56 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","unknown object","KKSSP^2","kglseshtSegs")

ORA-04031: unable to allocate 56 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","unknown object","KKSSP^2","kglseshtSegs")

Any ideas would be very helpful.  Let me know if I can provide some additional information.

Howdy, Stranger!
