Project UDA Read Only

Hi,

Has anyone tried making UDA as read only on projects? I am trying to find out ways that it can be done.

Actual issue is that in our Prod instance a particular UDA has become read only. No idea how.. and this issue is not present in any other instance, pre prod, test or dev. We have logged an SR for this but just trying to reach out to you guys to see if you have faced something similar.
