Shell Script to export sif file from siebel tools by querying the object from row id

Hi,

I want to make a shell script which do below activity :

1)  Open a file which contains latest updated siebel object for ex : applet.

2)  Fetch row id of this object from the file, open siebel tools and query the object from row id.

3)  Take export of the object sif which you got from the second step.

Can anybody please help. Urgent help will be appriciated.
