Applying 11.1.1.7 FMA patches in R12.2

Doc ID 1594274.1 for R12.2: Consolidated List of Patches and Technology Bug Fixes has patches for version 11.1.1.6 and 11.1.1.7.

Example for Linux 32/64 bit,

I have applied,
p17639414_111160_Generic.zip
p17639414_111170_Generic.zip,
... by setting ORACLE_HOME to $IAS_ORACLE_HOME which is the "webtier" directory under $FMW_HOME.  Running opatch from this ORACLE_HOME says "Oracle WebTier and Utilities CD 11.1.1.6.0" so the versions match.
