T4-2 Motherboard Fault

Hi,

There is a fault on the motherboard. Customer claimed that he had tried to clear the fault, however the fault reappeared after some time.

Does anyone have idea if this is a genuine hardware failure or was it due to a bug?

I have extracted some important information from the ILOM snapshot and explorer logs.

I will attach the zip file in this discussion as there are too much information to be shared
