kernel panic with NVIDIA Card GeForce GT 640 and kernel upper than 3.8.13-44.1.5.el6uek.x86_64

Since Kernel 3.8.13-44.1.5.el6uek.x86_64 we can not start the machine on a more recent kernel as every time we run the NVIDIA Drivers ( up to date ) it goes to kernel panic.

The machine runs perfectly with kernel 3.8.13-44.
