Runtime Metric of Entsvr1 is missing

Hi, previously user can capture the entsvr's debug log from the SVM - specific user's COK option..But now the runtime metric is missing for the instance E910_entsvr1, why it suddenly failed ?

And how to fix it..

Seee attached and  advise.
