After upgrading to R12.2.4 OAF custom pages are not working

We recently upgraded to R12.2.4 and when we try to open custom OAF pages we are not able to open any of the custom OAF pages. Even when we move the custom top under $JAVA_TOP also this is not working. Request you to please let us know how to deploy custom OAF pages in R12.2.4
