Error when applying RPC2 Patch 19030202

I applied the required prerequisite patches needed for RPC2. Then applied RPC2 and received an error that adworker001 failed. The logs show that an index failed to create xla_ae_lines.xdf.

We are on OL 5.8 32-bit running EBS 12.1.3

Database tier is 11.2.0.4
