Interface payments into Oracle Payments

Hi Colleagues,

My client has a requirement to process electronic payments from a third-party system through Oracle Payments on v12.1.3.

Logically, I'd interface invoices from the third-party system and pay them through PPRs. But the client doesn't want invoices created as we don't want to maintain the overhead of additional suppliers and their bank details. We just want payment instructions to arrive from the third-party system directly interfaced to Oracle Payments IBY, and then for them to be paid through regular PPRs.

Is there a way to do this?
