Direct Connect Punchout - issues with DTD validation On Friday (3/13/15)

As part of Direct Connect Punchout, PeopleSoft performs DTD validation by connecting to xml.cxml.org.

On Friday (3/13/15), it looks like the xml.cxml.org site was not available for some time around 12 pm to 2 pm EST. xml.cxml.org showed an ip address which flip-flopped between 54.235.159.97 and 216.109.104.11. Due to change in IP we faced fiewall issues.

As a result we were not able to perform Punchout.

IP is now back to  216.109.104.11.

Has anyone faced similar issues and how have you handled this?
