Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. [Purchasing] In PO - When accessing "View Document" the App logs off automatically

Hello.

I´m having a problem that I´m not being able to resolve (I already run the Metalink from on point to another..).

When the user is making a PO, or when the user is consulting an approved PO, and access the "view document" option -> the App logs off.

So, with that, no document appears and the user is obliged to enter is credentials again.

Is it a bug? Or a patch is missing?

In annex I send a picture of the option the user clicks ("View Document") before the app logs off.

PS: The URL doesn´t contain illegal characters! The Application resets and opens in the log in form!
