ASM not a clean shutdown would not come up on reboot of the server

HI,

We have a RAC database, and an ASM that comes up automaticlay on server reboot.

Last time we didn't have a clean shutdown and startup of the server and ASM did not come up on one node. We attempted to bring the RAC up, but it gives us the following erros :

crsctl start crs

CRS-4640: Oracle High Availability Services is already active

CRS-4000: Command Start failed, or completed with errors.

How can I start ASM manually and than run crsctl start crs?
