Relinking addresses and sites in the Supplier Master

This business about addresses and sites being separate entities is new in 12.1.3 and when we upgraded from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3 a couple of weeks ago, Oracle named all the existing addresses as a single site name. That did not help since we could have a dozen sites using the same address that is now labelled as just one of the 12 sites.
