Error in Merger Repository

Hi,

I need your usual help, I am migrating from Siebel 8.0.0.12 to Siebel 8.2.2.0.0, I already performed the upgrade of the database, but during the process of merging the repository (Siebel Tools) I am displaying the following error in the log.

I have also installed in version 8.2.2.0.0 the: Siebel Server, Siebel Gateway Name Server, SWSE, Siebel Tools.
