Customize Webcenter custom portlets error messages

Hi,

I were looking for a way to customize the error message shown, when an error occurs in consuming our custom portlets within our custom portal (WC 11.1.1.8.0). I found this older post, which addressed the same thing > , and as per that post, that feature was not yet available back then (2012).

So, has that yet implemented ..? if so, could you please point me to a document that describes the process ..?
