Removing an inactive employee from Purchase Order that is on the Requistion

Hello,

  We have a situation that arrises every so often where a Purchase Order has items for Fixed Assets.  What I'm trying to find out is there any way to 'remove' the inactive employee from a requisition after the requisition has been approved and at times the requisition could be over a year old with still outstanding amounts.  Whenever the employee is inactive it causes the Mass Additions post in FA to fail.  We have to reactivate that employee just to clear through the invoice - the only solution that works.  Is the name removeable in PO or AP while
