Incorrect Termination Amount on Converted Contracts

Hello,

We are at 12.1.3

An termination issue was reported to us where the termination amount was incorrectly calculating in the system for converted contracts.

Please note this issue is happening only for converted contract (11i to R12)

Issue:

Service type = Subscription

Start date = 01-JAN-2012

End Date = 31-DEC-2014

Billing Profile = Monthly billing

Contract is billed from 1-JAN-2014 to 31-OCT-2014 (10 Months)

Monthly Billing Amount: 12.95

Termination Date: 31-DEC-2014

Expected Termination Amount: 0

Actual Termination Amount = 129.5

Not sure, how system calculating the incorrect termination amount as 129.5. Please refer the below portion from debug file
