Migrate OMS to new host

Hi,

I need to migrate my oms server to new host with different hostname,can somebody please suggest how this can be achieved without doing fresh installation from scratch. I dont want to do repository reconfiguration. I have agents installed on 150 hosts so can do fleet wide agents re-secure with OMS but want to avoid fresh OMS installation.
