SQL server connectivity issue

Hi,

I can see the bellow error in almost all my kernel logs at different times. This is causing issue for the scheduler to fail at times too. Please advise.

App - 9.1

Tools - 9.1.3

DB - SQL server 2008 R2.

OS (all server) - MS 2008 R2 64bit
