Disposal Worksheet - APPROVAL_SW = 'Y'

Hi - We are testing using the Disposal Worksheet without the ownership and approval functionality.  Thus, when submitting the disposals from the worksheet, they will populate the INTFC_FIN with the APPROVAL_SW = 'Y'. Is there a way to have this default to 'N'?  I have changed the default value on the INTFC_FIN record to be in 'N' and rebuilt but the record is still being flagged with a Y.  Any thoughts?
