Transaction historical summary

Hello Everyone ,I've 2 Operating unit under same business  group. One is WMS enabled and one is normal inventory organization. Under parameters for report Transaction historical summary sort by Subinventory doesn't show when balance selection option is chosen. This is for the WMS enabled organization.

Where as Subinventory is shown in the NonWMS Org.  Does any one any idea this is the seeded behaviour. Change organization is properly selected.
