Custom Stored Measure Results Troubleshooting

Hi,

We are attempting to implement custom stored measures and having trouble with the results being presented properly.  We are able to see the columns but the data is not being returned properly on the task summary page.  I'm hoping to find any troubleshooting tips that anyone may have to help resolve this issue.
