what is the correct method to stop concurrent manager in AP 2 node environment

Hi

Could you share me your opinion on the following question?

EBSR12.1.3 environment

(2 AP node and 1 DB node non-PCP)

then when stop concurrent managers, what is the correct method.

2 AP node(non-PCP),In such environment,How many ICM will exist, one or two?

if the answer is only one,then on which node,ICM will running on?

Is the following method correct to stop concurrent managers?

1.run adcmctl.sh stop on the node which ICM isn't running on firstly

2.run adcmctl.sh stop on the node which ICM is running on
