R12.1.3 : Error Applying patch 20049353

hello,

We are trying to implement mobile application for EBS 12.1.3 as per note id 1642431.1 we are trying to apply patch 20049353 and getting following error.

Kidly suggest which patch we need to apply to update our code level to R12.AD.B.4 from R12.AD.B.3.

AutoPatch error:

Missing prerequisite codelevel for entity 'ad'.

This patch requires the following codelevel or higher: 'R12.AD.B.4'.

The current on-site codelevel for the entity 'ad' is : 'R12.AD.B.3'.
