P6 EPPM Install Version 8.3

I am a small company and we are trying to install P6 EPPM.  I have installed Microsoft SQL 2008, Installed Weblogic 10.3.6, Installed JDK.  I have requested help a couple of times to make sure this is installed correctly.  We are running Windows Server 2012 R2.  Based on the documentation I've printed I need to install a Content Repository.  However, I'm having trouble figuring out with one to install.  I looked at the Oracle Webcenter Content 11gR1, but it looks like it's not certified for Windows 2012.  What should I be installing as a Content Repository?  Thanks,
