Advanced (object) search: how can I restrict to to return 'latest rev only' results?

I ran a search for all documents whose (attachment) folder description contains a certain string. I was surprised when I saw results of folders attached to prior versions of documents. Is there any way to restrict the search to only consider latest revs of documents?
