Collaborate options in Tools menu

Hi,

is there a way to disable options in the collaborate menu or even the entire menu ? I know it can be done for hover forms but we would like to disable the "Send Email" and "Send Meeting Invite" options in the "Tools" menu but didn't find a way to do so.

We are on tools release 9.1.5.1
