Siebel non-certified solution, what are the risks?

Hi all,

I'm working at a customer in Germany.

They are trying to install Siebel Tools on Windows Server (x64) 2012 R2 OS. I checked on Oracle Support website (Certification page) and I saw that is not certified.

Now they're asking what is the level of risk (either HIGH or LOW) of going ahead with this solution anyway.

How can I answer this question? How would you guys answer this question?

I think that something like "It's not certifed so it won't work" is not acceptable in this case.
