crsd issue

Had network upgrading.

node 2 crsd is running

node 1 crsd id down:

node1 $ crsctl check crs

CRS-4638: Oracle High Availability Services is online

CRS-4535: Cannot communicate with Cluster Ready Services

CRS-4529: Cluster Synchronization Services is online

instance on node1 still up. LISTENER_SCAN2 on node 1 is down.

Instead of reboot the server, what's the best way to bring up crsd service in node1 without interruption services?
