Unable to open Hyperion Planning in Workspace (Post Data Storage Upgrade)

All having new issues with our planning application.  This occurred after an upgrade to hardware storage on the Oracle Repository Server (we have not changed the schema name, server, or server name).  I am able to log into the schema and view tables and table sizes look to be all the same, all other EPM solution are working fine (HSS, Reports, Calculation Manager) just planning is unable to open.

We have bounced server and services, ran through configuration

Any help would be appreciated.

Version 11.1.2.1.0.83
