We have around 13 business groups created in Oracle like Korea ,India US, CA,UK etc .. We are using

We have around 13 business groups created in Oracle like Korea ,India US, CA,UK etc .. We are using projects for US & CA .. Can we use employees setup in business groups other than US in US Projects ?

Like we have an employee setup in Korea Business Group , can we use her as a project Manager in US Projects ?
