How to auto approve a transaction through AME rule

We have AT_LEAST_ONE_RULE_MUST_APPLY set to true so that if rules don't apply transactions are not auto approved.

Our AME rule is setup for 1 level of supervisor level approval for the appraisal process.

But if the Main Appraiser is a direct report to CEO ( the top most person in hierarchy) then it should auto approve. How do we achieve this bit where we don't want any approval if the person submitting the appraisal is a direct report of CEO ?
