REP-3000: Internal error starting Oracle Toolkit.

Hi ,

Receiving the REP-3000: Internal error starting Oracle Toolkit error, I just created report and attached RTF. I'm able to see the data in desktop but not in application

I tried a lot but it's not resolving the error.I hope it is because of Style of concurrent definition.Please provide suggestion to modfify.
