To restrict for release only from plan menu

In advance supply chain  need to restrict  the menu option for purchase user they can access only release option rest of should be  grey out.

enable only

select all for release

release

firm all option for purchase user .

I have created  separate menu for purchase user.

Navigation >

Custom Advance supply chain > workbench> select purchase plan > suplly & demand > than select plan menu and release option.
